Prof Stevan harnad

Stevan Harnad, who was born in Hungary, is currently Professor in
Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK, and
Canada Research Chair in Cognitive Science at Universite du Quebec a
Montreal, where his research is on categorisation, communication and
cognition.
Prof Harnad and his EPrints research team <http://www.eprints.org/> at
Southampton University is at the forefront in the critical developments in
Open Access for the past decade.

Prof Harnad will address this critical issue in this talk at the LIASA
Conference.

When: Thursday 6 October 2011 (Session 7)

Where: ELICC Auditorium

Time: 08:30 - 09:15

How: Prof Harnad will speak to the conference delegates via satellite link
direct from Canada.
