Further to my earlier email on the IFLA FAIFE World Report, the
interactive report is available at http://ifla-world-report.org/

There are sections that is downloadable in pdf but the entire report
does not yet seem to be available at
http://www.ifla.org/en/publications/iflafaife-world-report-series.
